It depends on scope. A small corporate site is one number, a full app with a backend is another. After the first call we send a fixed quote and a plan, and only start work once you say yes.
A simple website — 3–4 weeks. A mobile app — 2 to 4 months. A product with multiple roles and a web panel — 4–8 months. You see results every week, not just at the very end.
